Pancake cake

An old house and a pigsty, meadows, forest, a stream and two nearby lakes, old trees in the heart of nature. This is Brida. The homestead of our ancestors. We added the word “estate” to its name because today, together with a modern tiny house for travellers, Brida forms a complete whole. Here, the old and the new are gently layered — like a pancake cake. In the first bite, you taste the last one too, along with every layer in between. Whatever the filling, it always brings with it the warmth, scent and feeling of home.

A place where something genuine can still be felt.

Where mills once clattered, guests are now welcomed into a place shaped by peace, nature and the warmth of home. Corners where you can withdraw with a book, a cup of coffee, or simply with the feeling that today, there is nowhere you need to rush. For families in search of a place where children can play freely. For couples wishing for a few days just for themselves. And for all those who pause where the day is allowed to unfold more slowly.
