Little house
The house is nestled in idyllic nature, surrounded by meadows and forests, in close proximity to Lake Klivnik, where the silence can be heard. Visitors feel at peace as they step inside, experiencing a sense of coziness and warmth. Let us share the secret of why this is so. The little house is entirely made of wood, crafted and furnished using carefully selected, high-quality natural materials, many of which are locally sourced. We built most of the cottage ourselves, creating it spontaneously without prior plans, just like all the unique wooden elements inside. We brought it to life, and now it breathes in harmony with the nature that surrounds it.
Accommodation
The interior combines a calming atmosphere, uniqueness, comfort, and practicality. Rest in the luxurious bed, from which you can gaze at the starry sky on clear nights. It can also become a cozy nook where you can read your favorite book while enjoying the view of the beautiful nature outside. Above the main bed is a comfortable loft bed for two, offering the same features as the main bed below. Children, in particular, will be thrilled with this part of the house. The doors and windows can be covered from the inside as desired. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide variety of utensils, making it even more enjoyable to prepare your favorite meals and serve them on the solid table made from local walnut wood. This table invites you to chat, toast, enjoy coffee or tea, socialize, and play board games. And now, let’s step into the bathroom. Simple, practical and comfortable, it offers intimacy as it is separated from the living area of the cottage.

Exterior
A stone-paved path leads to the house, made with locally known "škrli," which are a legacy of our ancestors. These stones were brought to the estate with horses from a nearby quarry. Once nearly forgotten, they now adorn the surroundings and frame the outdoor firepit. In front of the house is a tiered wooden terrace where you can dine, relax, and socialize late into the night. From the terrace, the view stretches far into the valley, and with a little patience, you might spot a heron or a deer. In spring and on rainy days, frogs may hop by to visit. The spacious garden extends all the way to a stream, which you can reach via a set of steps where you can cool off. If you decide to go for a walk, a bike ride, or mushroom picking in the nearby forest, a wooden footbridge will take you across the stream. You might even pause for a moment on the bridge. Yes, you are surrounded by nature. Enjoy!

Our house rules
Check in / check out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. For an early arrival, please notify us in advance so we can ensure the house is ready for your arrival.
Terms of Cancellation
- The reservation on the day of arrival is valid until 12:00 AM.
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
- In the event that the guest does not arrive at the accommodation on the agreed date, we are obliged to charge the full amount (100%) of the reservation.
- In the event of a cancellation between 3 to 6 days before arrival, we are required to charge 50% of the reservation amount.
- In the event of a cancellation up to 2 days before arrival, we are required to charge the full amount (100%) of the reservation.
- In the case of force majeure, cancellation is free of charge (when the customer/guest has a justified reason for cancellation).
Prices
All prices are listed in euros, per room, per night, and include VAT, tourist tax, and final cleaning.

Kids
All children are welcome. Children up to the age of two (2) can use a baby crib free of charge, upon prior arrangement.
