Visitors to our estate become a part of our home during your stay, surrounded by the luxury of peace and untouched nature. Behind the old house, where mills once rattled, a cozy little house has been built—a home for travelers. In today’s times, is there anything more beautiful than finding peace by the murmuring brook, the rustling leaves and grass, and the songs of birds that linger within us long after we’ve returned to the hustle and bustle of city life?

As soon as you step through the door of the little house, you will be embraced by an atmosphere of coziness and warm hospitality. We have furnished it to ensure warmth in the winter and pleasant coolness in the summer. Inside, you will find everything a large house should have, as we want every moment of your stay to be truly enjoyable.
...in the garden, that never ends
From the terrace, a vast meadow opens up where there is a firepit, a swing, and benches. Next to it, there is a stream, a wooden footbridge, a forest, and a pond. There is also an orchard of old apple trees and a vegetable garden behind the little house.
Take a deck chair to the shade under the walnut tree, or simply lie down in the grass and enjoy. Water the herb garden, create, grill, cook a stew and make pancakes over the firepit or warm yourself by it on clear nights.
All this and so much more is your garden. Make yourself at home.
Between two lakes
The house is situated in an idyllic landscape between the Klivnik and Mola lakes, where numerous trails wind through the area, suitable for leisurely walks as well as for more demanding hikers. Take a basket in hand and head into the forest to pick mushrooms! It’s an excellent opportunity to connect with nature and explore the beautiful forests surrounding Lake Klivnik. Cycling enthusiasts, whether recreational, mountain bikers, or road cyclists, will find suitable routes that allow active exploration of the lakes, the Brkini hills, and even the Snežnik forests. Both lakes are popular destinations for anglers and provide a perfect opportunity to relax in harmony with nature. For fans of water activities, the lakes are also ideal for paddleboarding in a stunning natural setting.
